As usual the service provided by Pennells was first class from the initial measuring to the fitting of the carpet and vinyl flooring.  Steve was very helpful in the initial stage with the advice he offered and the fitters, Clay and his brother did an excellent job, arriving on time and working efficiently and tidily.  Nothing was too much trouble.
