Pennells have transformed my home with excellent quality wood flooring.  However, the main part of the whole transaction that impressed me the most, was how important it was for them, to do a really top job for me.

Excellent prep work for the flooring, extreme care taken with both Julian and Gavin taking pride in their work.  Julian had exactly the sort of helpful attitude that a local company should have and Gavin’s workmanship and experience made the whole process pleasant from the start of the transaction to the end. I was extremely pleased I paid a bit more for their work, rather than go with other quotes but I got the top job and professional service that has left me feeling confident and happy with my lovely new floor.
