What Pennells Did

We spent the 1st week of February 2020 at Polhill Garden Centre in Sevenoaks, fitting Amtico Spacia Xtra Nordic Oak 2550 to their garden furniture display area. First step was to take up the existing flooring, ready to prepare the subfloor to install the new LVT flooring. Next stage was the preparation to the subfloor. We installed part 6mm plyboard to the timber subfloor and mirco finished the joints and then we laid part 6mm smoothing underlayment to the concrete subfloor. Once the preparation was complete, we were ready to fit the LVT.
